Jonathan Moore - Tomorrows Food

Jonathan Moore studied Catering at Catering College in Pembrokeshire West Wales.

 

In the eighties his career saw him hold senior positions in various five star hotels in Mayfair London, the West Country, as well as a Second Chef in a Michelin star restaurant, at the time one of only sixteen such restaurants in the UK. He then moved into Product Development for major food manufacturers who supplied retailers from M&S and Waitrose to Sainsbury's ,Tesco and Asda.

 

The food development experience he has gained encompasses all categories within food retail, from Chilled Ready Meals, Desserts, and Bakery to Added Value Meat and Poultry and Grocery. He has indeed on a couple of occasions won the prestigious "Q" Awards in London for his food innovation.

 

Jonathan recently spent eight years as Food Innovation Chef for a major food retailer. This involved extensive international travel, studying global food trends, which he then developed into commercial product for the business.
