These are kitchen based training days held at the clients site or suitable venue.Targeted specifically at colleagues who are involved in food development eg food developers, technologists buyers in your business. Very interactive and can be based around a specific cuisine , food trend or further educating your colleagues in a food discipline of their choice

 

Inspiration Days

 

These are accompanied trips seeking out the centre of excellence for particular products, whether they are deli's, retailer, farmers markets.

 

Food research trips

 

These are accompanied trips targeting specific businesses who may have products or ranges that need to be sampled and benchmarked.

 

One to One Coaching

 

One to One coaching is typically used when a client identifies the need for a colleague to become more of an expert in their chosen field which could be either product specific eg Sauce making or cuisine specific eg Morrocan
